For this production, I was never given a concrete concept vision from the visiting artist director, but rather told to have fun. Having nothing to really go on, I decided to focus on a rich color palette and careful use of side lighting to sculpt the performer-chorus members in their movements. The color palette selected was heavy in rich ambers, reds and lavenders to help intensify this story of love gone horribly wrong.
